We aim to provide high-quality services and ensure complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, all payments made to us are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced or the application process has been initiated.

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as a double payment or a payment made in error, and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction date.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us in writing with proper justification and payment details. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision on refunds rests solely with our management.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client or non-cooperation during the process. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.
